Worst Network Provider

I regret to allow my husband to take a contract for me in this useless network provider They debit our account every month then suspend the account every time when we call to find out how come they debit every month but still suspend my account, the is always a different story that doesn't make sense, now they debited my account again on Friday and still suspend my account, when now i call i get a rude agent. with them its always their system has not reflected that we received the money but we can see we debited you, what the hell. i never experienced this with Cell c i can not wait for this contract to be finish this year no more this useless network provider i will even port back to Cell c. This Telkom can make a person a monster with unprofessional staff
