Worst network operator

On numerous occasions I’ve been complaining about the network coverage , I have sent through requests on Twitter for assistance and no one has bothered to respond. My SIM card is prepaid Nd I sometimes use data, i also have a contract WiFi Nd on both occasions I don’t have any coverage. The WiFi is not even 2 months old but already giving me problems. I no longer want it and I’m definitely porting to a different service provider. I phoned in this morning REF ********** 9 Nd was informed a technician will contact me in 72 hours , I didn’t have network from Friday evening can you imagine my frustration. I’m now using internet because I’m connected to the WiFi at work.
