Worst Network in South Africa

<p>Due to bad service and limited Network coverage, i decided to move to another Network. I requested a letter from telkom and was told it would take 72Hrs and the letter will be mailed to me. It has now been almost 2 weeks and no letter, i called and was told that my request was sent to the wrong department and that i now have to wait for 21 days.</p> <p>This is exactly why i want nothing to do with Telkom anymore, i has bee a terrible experience! </p>
