Worst Network Ever

Telkom is the worst network in South Africa, I had an 10 Mbps LTE home internet that was working fine but it throttles after reaching 100 GB , then I have upgraded to 20 Mbps on Tuesday, I was happy because 20 Mbps throttles after 500 GB, now what happens is there WiFi works during the day but after 6 pm it stops working, it’s been happening for 3 days now , I’m out of internet, I called Telkom they confirmed they will fix this within 72 hours, then I received a call today from them, I told them what’s going they said they will call at 6 pm when there’s no internet, they didn’t call as I expected and my internet is not working, I request a call now they are so unprofessional they keep avoiding helping me and they dropped the call , I regret upgrading, it’s like I have downgraded , the most annoying thing is that if I want to cancel I will be billed for the remainder of the contract, worst service provider ever , I was happy with Vodacom , there network worked 24 hours not business hours like this **** , fix this ..
