Worst Network ever!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from them, I’ve canceled my contract with them and they debited over R400 from my account in which my initial contract was R299 and then moved to R100 just for the services as the device was paid up. Ive requested to speak to a manager over a week ago and calling the call centre. They tried to debit my account and it got rejected, so for a R100 debit order i have to pay over R200 ????where as for other networks its around R5 to R10 Ive waited over an hour for assistance. And guess what? Im still waiting!!!! Many other businesses are already up and running But you guys are riding the Covid bus taking advantage of us clients
