worst network ever !!!!
<p>I've been trying to get their customer complaints email address. I called twice and was given the incorrect email address - ********** my emails are not going through. I got undeliverable emails back. The 3rd time when I called the gentleman said he is not familier with the email address I should go onto the website. I regret having a contract with Telkom and would def not renew my contract with them. This is not the 1st time I have a problem /complaint nor the 2nd ..... would not recommend anyone to use telkom.</p>

Still no call from them, but Monday they will make sure that the debit order gets deducted .... quick to take your money , but when it comes to service they are not helpfull. All I'm asking is for an email address to lodge my complaint ... they are not even bothered what the complaint is about ... same thing happend last year when I wanted to complain and that complaint was never resolved !!! Got so many reference numbers .... but now by the looks of all the complaints on hellopeter I know I'm not the only unhappy customer.
