Worst Network and service provider

Telkom is the worst network provided I am always getting no reception and speaking to a call centre consultant does not help in any way, I want to cancel this contract as I am getting no job from the service provider. I regret why I changed networks and the call centre and neither the people that deal with hellopeter escalations have no customer services experience whatsoever. I want to speak to a manager from Telkom who understands my frustration having no network in durban areas.....
