Worst network

This one of the worst networks, I didn't believe the people that told me how they get charged extra . Now I find out the hard way, I have been making immediate payments but they have a record saying they are debiting ,they say the only the only extra charge on their side is the latest one but I have paid so much to them . Don't ever make the mistake I did
