WORST MOVE EVER!

We ordered LTE, and were told it would take 7 days. 3 months later they only delivered the modem! It is impossible to speak to anyone there, and telkom just says they wont help us, they are not lte??! Since we have had LTE, it has rarely worked. It is slow and unreliable. I log a fault every few days, but they do NOTHING about it. This is breaCH OF CONTRACT AND FALSE ADVERTISING. i DEMAND MY MONEY BACK AND A REFUND FOR THE DAMAGES, SO i CAN GO BACK TO ADSL
