Worst Mobile service ever.

Worst service from Telkom mobile, still waiting for a Black Friday deal, two weeks later, having email and called service centers about 30+ times in the last two weeks.

From being promised to get called back (and never receiving calls, or only receiving calls three days later), to getting my call drop between transfers, to getting transferred to incorrect departments, to being unable to continue the transfer due to the lack of reference numbers that I have never received.

There was a point where I was told I wouldn't get the Black Friday deal, because it is no long Friday the 29th November, even though the delay was an issue on Telkom's side.

I have cancelled my previous mobile contract since I was planning on moving over to Telkom, I currently have very limited mobile services, which is making business and personal life organisation incredibly disruptive.

Telkom, there is nothing good that I can possible say about your services.
