WORST Mobile Sales / Service

<p>I eventually got through to them to cancell my brand new contract. Then they said they will chanrge me for opening the dvice! How was I suppose to check if the sim card is activated and if the phone works if I wasn't supposed to even open the Box?????????/ This is day light *******! I advise everyone to NOT purchase a mobile phone contract through Telkom!!! Ever!!!</p>
