Worst Mobile provider

I've received the worst experience this year. I have had a cell phone contract with them which ended. I then app**** for two data sim cards and only received one. The went to the store they did second application for the other one. So telkom is charging me for a sim card that I never received and they went as as taking my account to debt collectors. For something that I did use nor receive, I swear should this mess my credit profile I will sue the entity. You can't mess up with our credit profiles like for a mere sim card of month to month. I regret renewing my contract with them. It's easy for to do sales calls but when it comes to service it really sucks. It's all about the money for them.
