Worst mobile network by far

Absolutely useless. I am a Telkom customer and wanted to upgrade to Freeme 6GB with Samsung Galaxy A33. I contacted Telkom and was assisted telephonically. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, they said my order is placed and that they would contact me regarding delivery. After three weeks, I phone them again and they have no record of my order. It then takes another 30 minutes to place another order. After three more weeks, I go to Telkom Brooklyn and they inform me that the order was canceled because they are out of stock. I am done. I am in the proses of porting to MTN. Telkom is the worst mobile network in South Africa and I hope they go bankrupt. Do not support them, even if you get your order, you will have horrible signal.
