worst mobile network am so disappointed:( its ruining my life!

I took contract and paid it off after 24months and closed it . The line also go canceled so it was no longer in use which was okay but month after that debit order for R100 plus went off which i didnt bother followup with then month after debit order of R700 plus went off and i went to enquire they said they dont know at telkom mobile and showed me that line is closed then i reversed the money at my bank but then month after R444 went off i went to enquire and again no help i was told same thing...then i reserved it again and blocked telkom. Then i app**** for house ladt year and most banks declined i checked my credit record only to find Telkom had put i owe R444 i went to Telkom again the 100th time still got no help they said you dont owe nothing we dont know about the R444. I went away frustrated.i got approval from FNB homeloans but unfortinately i cant get it if i dont produce paidup letter from Telkom ..my homeloan is now almost on year mark whch means it is reassed and i could loose it all because of Telkom..truly Telkom is ruining my families life .last week i finally got telkom lady to log in a case and today i got email saying my case is sorted but i went to telkom at 5pm and they called and i was told stories yet again that it was loged to wrong department now is being sent to another so i must wait yet again...like really i been waiting since last year for help..how long does it take to type simple dingle letter and clear my credit record... this is cruel as its messing with my chance to put roof over my children head... am very shattered by this matter. Telkom doesnt value nor respect its customers at all.
