Worst mistake of my life is getting a Telkom contact

I got a contact telephonically from them and when the device came it was a big router but I wanted a pocket WiFi, I phoned them and advised I need to return the wrong decide and I must say it’s been a nightmare a whole month of back and forth and no one to help me regarding this the device hasn’t been used yet they can’t do something as simple as fetching a device and then me getting a new one
