Worst LTE4

LTE4 repairs and service the worst I came across. I pay for 20mbs but only get 0.44mbs for the last 3 months. Reported it against ref ***6. Two follow up calls within the first 4 weeks to inform me, that Telkom is investigating it. Then suddenly the speed increases to 16mbs after the call, but it lasts only a few hours. Reported it on the Telkom Facebook page. Telkom will investigate. No further feedback. Highest speed recorded so far was 1.6mbs, BUT I pay every month for 20mbs.
