Worst LTE Wifi Telkom

Worst Wifi provider. I entered into an agreement with Telkom. The salient terms of the agreement is that Telkom provides me with LTE Wifi speed 10mb line for R899.00. I have fully comp**** in terms of the agreement in that all payments were made on time and in full. Telkom however did not. Since the onset of the contract, I have only received between 1 - 3mb speed line. I have sent various emails however no positive feedback has been received. This is unacceptable.
