Worst ISP you can imagine

<p>I am so sick of this companies service or any internet related results, not only is the staff complete blubbering idiots but the website helps nothing, the turn around time is horrible to the most painful extent, I have been waiting since May 2016 for them install Fibre optics in my area which was supposed to be done by June??! But going to the higher ups they say there is no such project filed to be done which is the complete opposite to the advice I was given when advised that it has been accepted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I managed to finally get internet connectivity in this dead zone surrounded by LTE and Fibre coverage, and got myself an LTE Router as the telemarketer advised saying it will work perfectly for any internet needs. I am still waiting for the Fibre installation exactly a year later and I am ****** lucky if my LTE even connects to the internet yet I pay top sum for it? Not only that it connects with full bars sometimes and won't even load Googles front page? I then request to know how much an antenna costs and the assitant didnt even know of an uncapped package saying such a deal doesn't exist so she has aswell no awareness of an LTE boosting antenna, still waiting for Email feed back also a year later. Now im throttled for using 20 gigs or so of my uncapped ? I seriously doubt thats going to affect me seeing as I cant even access internet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst ISP in existence and I seriously hope they get themselves together, but then again this is like ****ing against a brick wall held up by people that can't care at all.</p>
