Worst ISP = Telkom

The Disgrace that is Telkom.

Had my Fibre installed around the 15 May 2018 to date nothing has worked. Called in numerous times and no one can tell me whats the problem. I keep getting asked for a B number no one can give me one. Vumatel indicate my fibre line and CPE are up and running but because of Telkom nothing works and I can't even change service providers because Telkom are hooked up on the fibre line and they have to be cancelled before afrihost can be my ISP.

3 months and no service Telkom are useless, was a mistake to use them in the first place. Cant even cancel all my services as the option isn't even provided online for me. Will gladly buy out of any contract I have with them. Even better you still get charged for their ******* and incompetence for a service that doesn't exist.

Hi My bill is now over R5000 rand for services i have never had and used. Account Number *** have a look. When i signed up they were supposed to remove the dsl for the fibre as well as free installation. I'm charged for everything and recieved no service.

My bill was over R5000 rand and no one has contacted me to rectify the issue for services not rendered. Telkom then debits me this amount though they legally only allowed to debit a maximum of R1000 as per our agreement. Please have someone contact me in relation to this. I have reversed the debit order already through my bank and you have suspended my account. Come now you can't be this useless.
