Worst ISP goes to telkom

Exceptionally bad services

I ordered a 200mbps line upload and download speed premium. I’M GETTING NOWHERE NEAR 200mbps, in fact I’m not even getting half of the speed I’m paying for!!!!

This is utter nonsense, I’ve been calling the call centre non stop asking for help getting the speed I ordered and are paying for but I just get the run around, they are not even sending a technician to come check what’s going on and to assist!!! I’m extremely angry at this, I can’t believe how much telkom lacks customer services, they are essentially ripping me off since I’m paying money for something I’m not getting!!!!!
