WORST ISP EVER! Installments increase for no reason, cancelation orders are ignored

Worst ISP ever!! Firstly, i got a Fibre contract for a monthly installment of R807, 6 months later the installment increased to R849 , then another 3 months later it increased to R899. ALL without any communication from Telkom. Of course I called them to ask, but I was sent from Pilar to post and finally was told they will investigate and get back to me. That was 3 months ago and, needless to say, no communication!!! Secondly, I have moved to a new apartment and want to cancel the Fibre line. I have called them about it and even filled out an online cancelation order a good 3 weeks ago! Still no communication and yeah, my bank keeps getting debited. I am so frustrated with this useless ISP
