Worst ISP EVER!!!

I am SOOOO sorry i EVER changed over to Telkom!! Face with symbols over mouth Pouting face & I've only joined them 1️⃣ MONTH ago....

1. Thunder damages line & adsl/wifi router 2. Takes Telkom 6 days to finally send out a technician! 3. Technician fixes line, but says router needs to be replaced at Telkom offices, wowowowowow the shock!!! Face screaming in fear

Exclamation question mark Exclamation question mark Gets told router only get exchanged if faulty within the FIRST 7️⃣ days, so it must be send in for repairs which will take..... 3️⃣ WEEKS!!! Alarm clock

Sooooooo that means i will have NO internet for 1️⃣ MONTH!!! ***H??? AND best of ALL, they have been OVERCHARGING me since i joined them!!! Face with symbols over mouth Pouting face Face screaming in fear Exclamation question mark
