Worst ISP

Telkom LTE speed is basically non existent. After being convinced by a Telkom agent to switch from DSL TO LTE I was extremely disappointed by the speed of the network. Even at the beginning of the month when the internet speed should be at its peak, it’s slow. Streaming services are basically impossible even doing simple things like using instagram on your mobile device. It’s basically like paying for nothing. It’s evident that they have oversubscribed on their towers causing subsequent reduction in speed. This needs to be remedied ASAP to prevent the loss of angry customers.
