Worst ISP

I am not getting any joy from Telkom with intermitent internet and if it is on around 0.59megs download and I have a 20meg line ADSL. I pay +-R1000pm and this is just not getting resolved. I advised them that just accross the road they have Fibre but still nothing. Call centre just keep telling me they are moving away from Copper and I keep on telling them that I would love Fibre as there is none. I do not have a alternative. I work from home and cannot even get emails out. Now openserve changed me from VDSL back to ADSL and still the same with a bonus of a even worse upload of 0.3meg. SMS I get tells me my problem has been resolved, yes the internet is on now but it can just aswell be off as it is so slow.
