Worst Internet Speed Ever.

I have a 100GB LTE router with telkom mobile and where I stay in trichardt I used to have 30 Mb/s download speeds. For the last month i have barley been able to use it as it is to slow. 0.01 Mb/s is as much as i can get . I went to the Secunda Branch to cancel my router which i have had for a year now and they told me I needed to Pay the remainder of the contract in advance and a R800 cancellation fee. So its more expensive to cancel it. I will be paying for a service I no longer receive. I wasted R200 of airtime trying to get through to there help service with no avail. I also tried moving off the Vodacom roaming as there are towers in my area but still nothing. I used to love their service and was one of the first 8ta users. I also moved my whole family over to telkom as i thought they were the best. I am truly Unhappy.
