Worst internet service provider in the world

I've app**** for adsl internet line Tuesday and since Tuesday i haven't received any reference numbers or login details when i was on the phone yesterday with telkom i had to wait for someone to help me I've waited for an hour and a half no respond this is the worst service I've received in my life.
