Worst Internet Service Provider

After 7 years of complaining about my internet service and constant fault login I have finally decided to refer the matter to ICASA for investigation. I am tired of dealing with *********** people at the call center.!!

Complaining does not work as Telkom bluntly ignores the issue and trying to speak to a Manager or someone senior is impossible.

"TELKOM YOUR IN BRIDGE OF CONTRACT" When it comes to payment you want it promptly and I always ensure that my account is paid in full and kept to our agreement, yet you don't provide me with the service I am paying for.!!!

I refuse to pay for services not received...if you want payment make sure you provide me with the service.
