Worst internet service ever

Being ****** for the pass 8month ive being paying for a 4mb line and get under 1mb internet speed logged tickets already all they do is reboot the port and the next day speed is slow again the tech support sucks they dont know what they doing i do not recommend anyone to take up service with telkom ive being having endless problems!!!
