Worst internet provider ever

I have had an adsl line with them for the longest time. 3 weeks ago, they call me and offer me a 40mbps uncapped fiber line for R760, so I accept it. Without any kind of installation my internet line stops working about a week later. I go to branch to find out what is going on. Turns out, the tellecommunicator cancelled my existing line, and the new product sold to me does not exist. I spent an hour applying for a new internet line in branch, just to call for an update on the application today and be informed that my application has also been cancelled. I now need to apply for a new line again, which will take up to 7 more days before they will activate my line which they cancelled...absolute worst service ever.
