Worst internet provider

I have a 4mbs adsl line. It is almost never that speed. I test daily and it is always < 1.0 to think i pay R650 per month for 4mb line and get 10% of that. I should only pay 10% as well. Dont buy Telkom adsl. You will be permanently unhappy
