Worst internet provider!

Telkom is the most pathetic internet service provider there is. I logged a call 14 days ago I was promised within 5days my problem will be resolved. After following up with telkom have been promised 4 times a manager will call me back. Not one single person has got back to me with regard to me not having LTE internet for the past two weeks. Every single service advisor logs a call back but I truly wonder what really goes on at TELKOM as they do absolutely nothing when it comes to problems but tomorrow my debit order will go off and I have not been able to utilize my data!
