Worst insurance in history

So for the past 2 weeks finrite agents has promised me my phone was coming on Monday the 20th of January 2020 the agent told me someone would contact me the Wednesday and my phone will arrive on Friday I called today and it's still up for authorization seriously... I paid my excess 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened they are the worst and telkom cannot see what they are doing to the clients
