Worst Insurance ever!!!!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding an unexpected situation that has arisen with my recent phone repair request.I initially took my phone in with the sole intention of replacing the battery, as there were no other issues. However, I received a SMS notification indicating a required payment of R 3000 for the service. I find this charge to be extraordinarily high, especially considering that I sought only a simple battery replacement. In light of this situation, I have decided to cancel the repair and would like my phone returned to me. I am willing to pursue a more cost-effective solution by paying directly for a new battery. I have waited to long for my phone and now I have to pay a fee that is too much. Worst insurance ever!!!!
