Worst Institution To Deal With

<p>Dealing with Telkom is the worst experience ever!</p> <p>They are not interested in solving your problem. They are never wrong. They charge redicilous fees for non payment - even if you have paid on time. The call centre staff have no idea what and how to read statements (their own) and my bank statements.</p> <p>The supervisors dont bother to get back to you. They dont care about customer complaints. They have the best products on the market - but their after sales service should be down rated to "JUNK" status.</p>
