Worst *********** and Stupid Agents

This is the worst company to ever deal with, the stupidity and incompetence of their agents is just the worst ever.

These agents do not even look at your account history before they lie, first I was told I need to cancel the contract first before I can get my paid up letter and I did exactly that when I got confirmation that the contract has been cancelled I phoned and followed up via email, I was then told that I need to wait for 14 days for a paid up letter.

This is frustrating and stupid how can you provide an answer if you have information of the account.
