worst ****ing company ever

hi can I please get somebody to talk to me regarding my installation that was suppose to happen last ****ing year. all I keep getting is ******** sms that people are coming out and I have to reply and say yes and waste my ****ing airtime but no one comes out I don't even get a ****ing call with an explanation as to why I am still waiting for an installation 6 months later
