Worst fibre ISP provider.

Telkom is the worst Internet Service Provider for Fibre. Decided to switch my ADSL line to Fibre and the installation of the fibre line was done on the 01 December 2018. Telkom was suppose to switch my 4 Meg adsl to a 20 / 2 fibre connection. Since the first call on the first of December I have now spoken to about 25 different technical and sales deparmtent agent and a supervisor to get the issue resolved, and every time I speak to some I get a different story, and get promised to be contacted once the switch has been made or issue resolved , 600 minutes later on my own cost and still no one that has called me back, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. 27 December and I'm still only getting a 4 Meg line. Please who ever decides to take fibre don't use telkom as a ISP, because you won't get any service.
