Worst fibre internet service ever

I'm forever without internet and the worst is that you need a telkom line to call. Customer service is the worst. You need not less than an hour on the phone but you are paying. My fibre service is forever interrupted. They will never call you back. They suspend my line for no reason thrn charge reconnection fees. I'm done with telkom. A year later I'm told i need a new router and still they are forever offline. Don't try them on fibre you will regret.
