Worst fibre deal in the country

<p>i have signed for a fibre pakage with telkom in september last year. i got a 40 mbps line speed as that is how they sold it to me, i found that it was way to much speed for what i am using it for. I than asked if i could downgrade to a lower speed and they said i have to wait 3 onths before i can. in January 3 months later i asked and they made me fill out forms ect for the downgrade, they said one of there departments will be in touch. its April and i never heard a word from them. whenever i call them they say they cant help me only the downgrade department can but i cant speak to them they will call me. further more they sell packages whereby the offer nite time data unlimited from 10 to 6 am , that is false. Telkom is bad for fibre, please use other companies they have much better service.</p>
