WORST : False advertising and no service on top of that.

Let me start off with saying I have been a customer for 8 years. I am paying R1000 per month for a service i cannot even use.

1st--- i have pay for 20mbps VDSL yet...... I dont have VDSL. 2nd --- i bought a VDSL Router yet ...... I dont need it hence i dont sync on VDSL 3rd --- i get about 2-6mbps at night from 5-10pm with a ping of 100+ 4th --- I have a 0.9mbps upload and 13 download on a good day (Rare) 5th --- I have zero updates as to why my internet is broken 6th --- I HAVE UNCAPPED I CANNOT BE SHAPED

I cannot even cancel this service . Tried about 4 months ago still..... i am paying. i do not know what to do......... Legal action seems to the only way as i am being sold **** product.
