Worst Experience with Telkom services

Worst experience with Telkom services l am being denied to cancel their contract. Went to Alberton Telkom direct found a rude agent his name is Ebenezer Ngobeni, for the past two months he keeps on telling me my account is in arrears when I need to cancel their contract but the debit order has went through successfully. Tried calling self service for cancellation they don’t pick up their calls . Telkom service is poor just like their agents customer service… I don’t recommend anyone to take Telkom contracts
