Worst Experience with Telkom mobile contract

I have been struggling with the Telkom network since I moved to Pretoria in January 2021. I have tried to contact them several times but up to today, I haven't gotten any solution. Luckily my contract ends now in march. I am so disappointed at Telkom for doing this to me.
