Worst experience with TELKOM

I have had the worst experience with TELKOM OUTLET AT PRELLER PLEIN don't know how they deal with customers, I bought a router online now it's not working been up and down seeking help but now everyone can't help since I bought it online I have to pay nonsense fees that was never explained to me before. Is this how TELKOM deal with customers??
