Worst experience with Telkom cancelation department

Hi

I have an expired contract with Telkom I would like to chance. I have been trying to do so since last montt without any luck. I even went to their outlets in Fourways mall and Boulder mall without same, they failed to assist me.

Please help with my contract cancelation with Telkom
