Worst experience with a company...

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom internet since March this year. They sent confirmation of cancelation, yet keep on billing the account. I tried canceling online, it didn't work, I called them multiple times on multiple numbers, they don't assist. They ignore emails. I advise everyone to never open a contract with them.
