Worst experience in my life.

We have been waiting over a year now for a phone, (paid for in August 2018), to be delivered to our home.

We have moved service providers and since our landline was down. My grandfather (77 years of age) placed an order and paid R800,00 for a phone that till this day have not been delivered.

I have over 15 reference numbers and over 25 different consultants i have spoken too, each worse than the previous.

Our next steps will be to go to the newspaper hopefully we will get some joy there.
