Worst Experience Ever Telkom are *********** and *********

<p> Telkom has yet again attempted to **** me out of service and money. Telkom on the 25th of October tried to Debit R1200 from my bank account whereas the amount owed by me was only R390 according to the statement I;m sent every month. I called telkom on the25th of October to confirm and I was told the amount they tried to bill was incorrect coupled by the fact what's on their system didn't agree to the statement or thee amount they tried to bill. I was given the Case number ********** 7 by Thembeka Mynza and told I would be called to resolve this. I was never called and this is the 4th time I get no response for the cases I have queried in this year. I furthermore went to the store where I was told my account wouldn't be suspended as I have paid amounts in advance on my account. Yet today I find out my account has been suspended with telkom stating I owe them R800 odd. Not only have I paid but furthermore I'm being deprived of my service and I'll have to further pay for it come month end even though I currently have no access to it. This is the 4th time I have a problem with the telkom billings department with them having to refund me on previous occassions. I'm fed up with their lack of efficiency surrounding their service and billing as they billing information is contradictory. I'm contemplating taking legal action as I now feel Telkom is disrespecting me and I cannot allow this to continue. I'am without a WIFI and Cellphone package yet I have more than paid for these items. I advise anybody not too get involved with telkom as they are ******* and self serving</p>
