Worst experience ever... I've been trying to log a case since November and I still have nit received any assistance. Telkom debited my account 6 days ago and yesterday my line got suspended as usual. Why am I paying if my line regularly gets suspended for no reason. Agents are incredibly rude I want a recording of my last telephonic communication with the agent that was rude and then cut the call on me. Super disappointed. Both the Cornubia mall and gateway mall Telkom stores are not reachable on the phone. I want to cancel this is utter nonsense.
