WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GET SERVICES FROM TELKOM!!!!!

I honestly can't believe the incompetence and bad service i received from Telkom. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. I've been a client of theirs for a few years now and recently moved. 20 Dec 2018 I contacted Telkom to move my line and nothing was done until I contacted them again on the 10th of Jan 2019. ADSL was not available in the area and fiber was opted. By the end of Jan my order had been canceled by the Technician for no apparent reason and had to be replaced. 2 weeks later after no connection I had had enough and canceled the installation order. I've moved to a new ISP to manage the installation and they have been trying for another 2 weeks now to place the order on the Openserve system. They are unable to because the existing order is still present. 2 weeks to cancel an order.... I've spent over 9 hours on the phone since December to try and sort this simple thing out... Expect to be in a queue for at least 20 mins for each call. Expect them to drop calls after your 30min wait and having to do it all over again. Expect to be **** to and don't take their word for anything they promise you. I am at wits end. I've never seen a company striving to be so persistently ****.
