Worst Experience Ever at Telkom mams mall

Worst experience ever that I got from Telkom in Mams mall, The only thing I was looking for is a lady called Refilwe who assisted me to renew my contract late January around the 24th.The contract is for R299 a month,but my invoice states about R620 something,which shocked me ,so the time I went to enquire about this she's asked me to come in the shop when I have time so we can call customer care line.So today I have time I went in the shop and she was not at work,so I asked nicely when she's coming as I was in a hurry,so a Lady by the name of Khentsani Kapana was so rude to me ,she wanted me to wait until she completed a contract with another customer for her to just tell me when Refilwe is coming in to work because she's the only 1 there who knows how to assist customers. I would have been calm about it if Kentsane was addressing me in a good manner,not with that bad attitude.
